What data this site processes, why, on what legal basis, and how to exercise your GDPR rights.

  2. Hosting and server logs

    This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, USA. When you visit this site, technical data is processed including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and access timestamp. This processing serves delivery of the site and protection against abuse.

    Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in technically secure delivery.

    Cloudflare processes data in the United States. Transfer occurs under Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards. More info: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

  3. Contact form and lead-magnet form

    When you use the contact form or the lead-magnet form on this site, the submitted data (name, email address, message, budget band if provided) is processed to respond to your inquiry or send you the requested content.

    Form processing is handled by Web3Forms (Statichunt Tech Labs Private Limited), which forwards form submissions to my email address. Provider privacy notice: https://web3forms.com/privacy

    Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) for the contact form, and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for the lead-magnet opt-in.

    Retention: data from inquiries is kept for the duration of processing and any subsequent business relationship, then deleted once the original purpose lapses, subject to statutory retention obligations.

  4. Booking via Cal.com

    If you book a call via the booking link on this site, the booking is processed by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The data required for the booking (name, email address, any further fields you fill in) is processed by Cal.com on its own infrastructure.

    This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics collects usage data in pseudonymized form to help me understand and improve site usage. Measurement ID: G-GEQXQ7CTK0.

    Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), where consent is collected through a cookie banner; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis of site usage).
