I am currently accepting new Shopware projects for Q2 2026. Smaller fixed-scope projects (audits, individual plugins) can usually start within 1 to 2 weeks. Larger engagements (migrations, full builds) book 4 to 8 weeks out.
Small shops with 25 plugins and clean data run 2 to 3 months and cost less than a six-figure project. Medium shops with 50 plugins, an ERP integration, and an international catalog run 4 to 6 months. B2B shops or large-data shops run 6 months plus. Plugin rebuilds are the largest cost driver, followed by data cleanup and integrations. I quote with milestone-based pricing once the audit is complete.
